ESANTE ACCOUNT

The eSanté account gives you access to online health services: in particular to the electronic health record - DSP (Dossier de Soins Partagé) and to other services that will soon be available (accelerated reimbursement of bills, Electronic Vaccination Record, ePrescription, etc.).

You are a patient:

By activating your eSanté account, you can:

  • access your DSP,  view its contents, and customise certain settings. (Find here the Quick guide on the main functionnalities of the DSP);
  • use the soon-to-be-released Accelerated Fee Billing service, which will allow you to submit bills for medical consultations to the national Healthcare Insurance (CNS) electronically;
  • use further digital health services soon to be available, such as the Electronic Vaccination Record and ePrescription (digital prescription of medication and tests);

You are a health professional:

By activating your eSanté account, you can:

  • consult the DSP of your patients - who have given you access rights - and see their biological analysis results, medical reports, medical images, hospitalization reports, etc...
  • file health documents that contribute to the medical follow-up and care coordination of your patients
  • have automatic access to the "Regify" secure messaging service
  • use the other digital health services soon to be available, such as the Electronic Vaccination Record and ePrescription (digital prescription of medicines and tests)

The eSanté services available after activation of your eSanté account are:

  • Electronic ealth record - DSP (Dossier de Soins Partagé), via the portal or the myDSP application
  • "Regify" secure messaging (for healthcare professionals only)
  • Electronic vaccination record - CVE (Carnet de Vaccination Électronique)
  • and coming: ePrescription (digital prescription of medication and medical exams)

To activate your account, you must have received an activation code sent to you by the Agence eSanté.

Please note: If you are a healthcare professional, you must have a LuxTrust device already activated to perform your activation. If you are a patient, this is not mandatory.
