Back to normal for connecting to eSanté services
The connection issues affecting certain eSanté services when authenticating via LuxTrust Mobile and Scan devices have been resolved. The incident was caused by an internal technical malfunction and was not malicious in nature; only access to eSanté services was affected.
Access to the Electronic Healthcare Record, the Electronic Vaccination Record and PID is now possible again by authenticating with these two LuxTrust devices, in addition to the other authentication means, which were not affected by this temporary disruption.
