Agence eSanté will be present at the CHdN to offer an account activation service to healthcare professionals and patients.

This activation enables secure access to the electronic healthcare record (Dossier de Soins Partagé - DSP) and to the health data available in it, such as lab results and medical imaging.

Participants will benefit to  receive personalised support to activate their account and answer any questions they may have about managing the DSP.
