The Agence eSanté has put in place the necessary arrangements to allow the “Amicale des patients” of the INCCI to use eConsult, the teleconsultation tool of the agency, in the support they offer to patients who have undergone or are about to undergo a cardiac operation
The “Amicale des Patients” of the INCCI (Institut National de Chirurgie Cardiaque et de Cardiologie Interventionnelle) is a voluntary group of professionals and former patients of the INCCI that offers free pre- and post-operative support to anyone who has undergone or is about to undergo surgery, as well as to their relatives.
In this context, the Agence eSanté has adapted its teleconsultation tool (eConsult) to allow interested people to make an appointment online and have a video consultation in complete confidentiality.
