New incentive system for digitisation

The Agence eSanté has been commissioned by the “Caisse Nationale de Santé” and the State of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to set up an incentive system for the deployment of the Accelerated Reimbursement (AR) and the Immediate Direct Payment (IDP)
The aim of this system is to implement the objectives of accelerating the deployment of software solutions that meet certain technical and functional requirements. To qualify for the incentive system, these solutions will have to meet specific prerequisites and criteria.
Under the scheme, the Agency will make a flat-rate contribution following any new installation of a referenced software solution for connecting a doctor/dentist to the AR service or, alternatively, to the IDP.
