During this event, several members of our team from different departments of the Agency were present on our stand to welcome visitors and answer their questions about the Agency and its services. In addition, a member of our Helpdesk was present to enable visitors to activate their eSanté account on the stand, making it easier for them to access our services.

In addition to our presence on the stand, a number of Agence collaborators gave key-note speeches, including :

• Vers le smartDSP : approche RGPD et Environnementale - organised by POST Luxembourg, with the participation of Raffaela VACCAROLI, Deputy Chief Operating Services Officer,
• Quelles réponses face aux risques croissants de cyber-attaques contre les établissements de santé - organised by SIH Solutions, with the participation of Jérôme Gauthier, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO),
• Les services eSanté au cœur de la digitalisation de l'écosystème de santé luxembourgeois - presented by Sébastien WAFFLART, Chief Operating Services Officer.

This active involvement in Healthcare Week Luxembourg reflects our determination to promote digital transformation in the Luxembourg healthcare sector and to offer quality solutions to healthcare professionals and citizens.
