
Agence eSanté developed the “Mon Cabinet”(My practice) service at the request of the Caisse nationale de santé (National Health Fund) as part of its digital transmission services for certain standardised forms.
This application allows regulated healthcare professionals to declare the secretaries they employ, who work on their behalf or under their responsibility, so that they can carry out certain administrative procedures on behalf of the doctor.
More specifically, it allows the secretary to validate, on behalf of the healthcare professional, the standardised form (e.g. doctors’ fees note, certificate of incapacity for work) generate it digitally, and transmit it to the CNS.
In order to use this service, the doctor must have activated their eSanté account. This tool is available to them in the eSanté services space.
How do I register my secretary ?

Log in to the eSanté Portal with your eSanté account. In the eSanté services space, you will see the “Mon Cabinet” icon.
Please enter your secretary's name, social security number, start date and email address in the application.
Once you have entered this information, your secretary will receive an email containing a link to an HTML page detailing the steps to follow.
Please note that your secretary must have a LuxTrust device in order to confirm their identity during this process.
Once the process has been validated, your secretary will have access to the signature feature, allowing them to validate and confirm your fee notes for acknowledgement.
