The electronic healthcare record (Dossier de Soins Partagé - DSP) was featured twice in the Luxembourg media: monday night in a report broadcast on the RTL television news, and yesterday morning on the radio programme ‘Invité vun der Redaktioun’.

RTL news report : The report highlighted the growing use of the DSP by patients and healthcare professionals alike. The head of  Agence eSanté's Helpdesk gives a practical explanation of how to activate your file and grant access to a healthcare professional. A doctor highlights the many advantages of this service, while also mentioning the difficulties encountered by some patients in giving their doctor access to their file (see tutorials below). The programme concludes with a contribution from Ian Tewes, Director of Agence eSanté, who looks back at the efforts currently being made to simplify the use of the DSP and improve its accessibility.

Programme ‘Invité vun der Redaktioun’ - RTL Radio : Guest on the programme this morning, Marc Hostert, Chairman of the Management Board of Agence  eSanté, confirmed that the DSP is continuing to modernise. He announced that by the autumn, access to the file will be further simplified, while maintaining a high level of security for sensitive medical data.

Finally, in the wake of the launch of the European Health Data Space (EHDS) Regulation, he pointed out that Agence eSanté is fully committed to the implementation of the european patient file, an initiative designed to guarantee effective and secure continuity of care across borders.
