Through its participation, it was able to highlight its initiatives aimed at making digital healthcare services accessible to everyone.

Among the flagship actions are:

• a multilingual portal, also designed to meet the needs of visually impaired people
• tutorials in several languages, facilitating access to digital health tools
• the MyDSP on tour initiative, information meetings held in collaboration with associations and municipalities
• the eSanté First Steps Pack (Pack Premier Pas eSanté - PPP), a small group training course for healthcare professionals who have recently moved to Luxembourg.

These initiatives reinforce the Agency's commitment to inclusive digital health, ensuring that everyone has the resources they need to use the digital health services available in Luxembourg effectively.
