HealthNet CSIRT is the public CSIRT (Computer Security Incident Response Team) located in Luxembourg.

CSIRT HealthNet provides incident response to healthcare organizations located in Luxembourg.

The main goals for CSIRT HealthNet are:

  • Promoting secure networking;
  • Handling computer security incidents;
  • Achieving cooperation among its members and state players.

CSIRT HealthNet addresses all types of computer security incidents which occur, or threaten to occur, in the constituency networks.

The level of support given by CSIRT HealthNet will vary depending on the type and severity of the incident or issue, the type of constituent, the size of the user community affected, and CSIRT HealthNet’s resources at the time; though in all cases some response will be made.
Incidents will be prioritized according to their apparent severity and extent.

End users are expected to contact their systems administrator, network administrator, or department head for assistance.
