You can now also activate your eSanté account via the MyGuichet.lu mobile app
From now on, there is an additional means for activating your eSanté account: the
MyGuichet.lu mobile app.
Just like the procedure via the browser version of MyGuichet.lu – which has been operational since December 2025 – it only takes a private account on MyGuichet.lu, as well as a LuxTrust product or a Luxembourgish electronic identity card (eID) to carry out this action.
It should be noted, however, that in order to facilitate access for all, those without a LuxTrust or eID means of identification, will still be able to activate their eSanté account and access their Electronic Healthcare Record (DSP) via the eSanté Portal or the MyDSP mobile app.
The implementation of this feature in the MyGuichet.lu app is part of the government’s commitment to enhancing digital mobility and simplifying access to public services for as many insured persons as possible. Furthermore, it also helps to accelerate the adoption of the DSP, an essential tool for improving the coordination of care and the availability of patients’ medical information.
