The ‘myDSP on tour’ initiative continues to strengthen digital autonomy in healthcare

Agence eSanté recently conducted two ‘myDSP on tour’ initiatives in collaboration with Golden Me in Bonnevoie
On Tuesday 24 February 2026, an information session enabled the public to learn about the Electronic Healthcare Record (Dossier de Soins Partagé - DSP) – its usefulness and how it works – as well as how to access it and share it with healthcare professionals.
On Thursday 26 February 2026, Agence eSanté took part in the ‘SmartCafé’ initiative, where volunteers helped participants learn how to use their digital devices. Those interested were also able to receive personalised support in getting to grips with their DSP.
These two events strengthened ties with citizens and supported digital autonomy around online health tools.
