An article published in the magazine Revue 11/26 highlights the importance of expressing or recording one’s wishes regarding organ donation.
We would like to remind you that the Electronic Healthcare Record (DSP – Dossier de Soins Partagé) helps you to do this.
Recording your wishes in the DSP means:
- potentially helping a patient in a critical medical situation and giving them the chance of a second life
- making it easier for your relatives to make decisions in an emotionally difficult situation
- facilitating the work of the healthcare professionals involved and enabling them to act quickly, which is all the more important at times when every minute counts.
