“myDSP on Tour” Training – Going Digital
Our “myDSP on Tour” training cycle has taken another step forward, this time in a digital format.
This online training was part of the “Citizen Pact for Intercultural Living Together – Biergerpakt”, which offers members access to various information and training modules on different aspects related to Luxembourgish citizenship.
Agence eSanté had the opportunity to host two interactive 30-minute info sessions – in English and French – on November 11 and 20, 2025, about the “Dossier de Soins Partagé (DSP)”, the patient’s secure electronic healthcare record. These free sessions aimed to explain to the 50 participants what the DSP is, its benefits, and how to use it in everyday life.
These online training sessions have thereby contributed to a better understanding and adoption of digital health tools in Luxembourg. More concretely, they have given the citizens the opportunity to discover how the DSP can improve their medical follow-up and strengthen care coordination.
