myDSP on tour: Agence eSanté in Schifflange to provide information and support

Le 1er juillet 2026, l’Agence eSanté a organisé, en collaboration avec le Club Aktiv+ Schifflange, une séance d’information consacrée au Dossier de Soins Partagé (DSP).

The event, held at the Club Haus beim Kiosk, enabled participants to familiarise themselves with its practical use, including accessing health documents and managing access permissions. The session also served as a reminder that patients can now activate their eSanté account directly via their personal portal on MyGuichet.lu using a LuxTrust product or the Luxembourg electronic identity card (eID), thereby simplifying access to the DSP.

This initiative is part of Agence eSanté’s commitment to supporting citizens in using digital health tools, by reaching out to them in local communities and organisations to improve their knowledge, understanding and digital literacy.
